Google To Buy AdMob Consumer Groups Fight Back

4:15 am Uncategorized

Google in November announced that it would buy AdMob for $750 million. AdMob.com is the leading mobile phone advertising network accounting for 30-40 of the mobile advertising market. Now, two consumer groups are fighting back recently filing papers with the Federal Trade Commission. The 2 consumer groups say the deal is anti competitive and raises privacy concerns. What do you guys think? Should Google be allowed to dominate the mobile phone market as they already do with online advertising?
