Does New Study Reveal Red Wine Improves Memory?
New research suggests that the compound in dark chocolate, red wine, red grapes, peanuts, blueberries and Japanese knotweed may improve memory. The compound is called Resveratrol. In a study that consisted of overweight adults those that took Resveratrol supplements for six months had better short-term memory recall than those that took the placebo. Doctors think the compound mimics the effects of a restricted-calorie diet on the body.
Very interesting.. Resveratrol might improve memory.
