One of my favorite things to do is to travel or going on short adventures around my city. There are even studies that show travel and camping can help with depression. I know after going through a year of pandemic lock downs how important it is for one’s mental health to get out of the house. I also happen to be a daily journaling practitioner. For these reasons when I heard about a journal specifically made for travelers and adventurers I knew I had to feature it on my blog. This is such a great idea! The company, Scrapbook Trails, tag line is “Every Adventure Should Be Remembered.” Make this slogan a reality and support Nick (The Founder) on Kickstarter today.

The Ultimate Adventure Journal

Human beings weren’t simply were’t made to stay inside all day and stare at a screen, working the day away. We weren’t simply to strive for inbox zero, winning the e-mail whack and mole game. When I’m on vacation I often take notes in a journal. New ideas often come to mind and I write them down. A journal specifically designed to take on travel adventures and camping trips is pure genius. It’s not simply writing random thoughts down on page, the journal guides you with a series of writing prompts. The journal was created by Nick of Scrapbook Trails which was founded by true adventurers. It shows with their thoughtful approach to this journal. The ultimate goal of this journal is to write down all the wonderful experiences you’ll have while traveling and time spent in nature. You’ll be able to enjoy these memories for years to come. I think travel puts you in a different mindset so your normal day to day journal will read much differently than a travel journal. This Camping and Travel Logbook will inspire you to continuing traveling and exploring nature further. It gives you a keepsake after every outing you undertake.

Sometimes I don’t always write down the experiences I have while traveling. This journal will change that. All your adventures will be remembered. Not just in photos with your cell phone, but now you will remember your thoughts and feelings. I’m definitely going to put in an order for this journal when it comes out.

More About The Journal

“This journal is absolutely perfect for experienced campers, new adventures, RV or Van lifers, or anyone who loves to be organized with their camping adventure experiences.” The founder of the journal from Scrapbook Trails has a love for camping and travel. He began to notice that he’d experience amazing memories, but months later they become a bit foggier. He knew there must be some way to document one’s travel experiences other than the traditional methods.

“This journal features space for 25 adventure entries along with a DIY table of contents for proper organization. In each journal entry section, you will find a detailed checklist, thought-provoking and deep journal prompts, free form journaling pages, and a page for photos or artwork. This journal also comes complete with a beautiful matte hardcover design, Scrapbook Trails Trip Tips, an outlined map of the United States, 20 tearable ruled scratch pages, a bookmark string, an elastic book band, and a convenient folder pocket in the back.” A big selling feature of this journal is that it’s Eco friendly. The 120gsm thick paper is made wood free and all material for the book are purchased through Eco-friendly suppliers.

What Are The Rewards?

Yes, I’m happy to report there are lots of great rewards or just donate because you believe in the company or product. $5 donates to the cause. $20 gets you a PDF of the journal, sticker, and name in credits. The reward that I think most people should go for is the $40 level because this gets you a copy of the actual physical journal. The top reward at the time of writing is $450 and this gets you all the rewards mentioned above plus T-Shirts and personal thank you note.

Conclusion

The prototype of the journal has already been produced, it’s ready to go. The Ultimate Adventure Journal is waiting to be ordered and will be ready to be shipped to backers and customers 3 weeks after the Kickstarter has ended. Nick on his Kickstarter has been working constantly over the past few months. Help make Nick of Scrapbook Trails dream a reality support and pick up the Ultimate Adventure Journal today.
